
![]() | Barry Wissler Barry Wissler has been the senior pastor of Ephrata Community Church since 1977. He is also the founder and president of HarvestNET, a network of churches and ministries from several states and nations. In February 2011 he was selected to be the Apostolic Council Leader of Outpouring Family International. Holding theological degrees from Geneva College and Westminster Theological Seminary, Barry’s passion is to produce churches that are faithful to sound doctrine but also receptive to the work of the Holy Spirit. His vision has been to see a shared outpouring of the Holy Spirit enjoyed by many churches in the region simultaneously. Barry and his wife, Cheryl, minister at pastor's and leader's conferences in various nations, especially in India, Europe, and the Caribbean. His wife, Cheryl, operates a foundation called “The Gift,” which serves the poor of India. They have two grown children, David and Jessica, who is married to Ugur Savan. | |

Kevin Eshleman Kevin is the executive pastor of Ephrata Community Church. He has previously served as a public school campus minister with Lancaster Youth Network of Churches and Lancaster YFC and has pastored in the Brethren in Christ Church. Kevin is currently serving as president of the Ephrata/Akron Ministerium and is vice president of the Cocalico School District Board of Directors. Kevin has a master’s diploma from The Wagner Leadership Institute and is currently pursuing a M.Div. in Global and Contextual Studies at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stephanie; have two children, Hannah, who is majoring in photojournalism at Temple University, and Daniel, who is majoring in computer science engineering at Bucknell University. | |

Mark and his wife, Marlene, have been part of Ephrata Community Church since it started in 1977. Mark has been leading worship since 1981 and oversees the worship ministry. His heart’s desire is to raise up worship leaders within the younger generation. He also oversees the zone pastors and the home group ministry, providing pastoral care for the congregation. Mark and Marlene reside in Clay Township and have three grown children, Matthew and his wife, Bonnie; Kim and her husband, Jon Clugston; and Brent. They also have three grandchildren, Ty, Alyssa, and Bode. | |

Ivan Martin currently serves as an elder and member of the mission team at Ephrata Community Church, where he served as the director of children’s ministry for 12 years. He also serves on the board of Gateway House of Prayer, a regional prayer center, and as vice president of the board of On-Fire Youth Ministry Center in Myerstown. He and his wife, Rosene, have four children, Josiah, who recently graduated from New Life School of Worship in Colorado Springs, and Janae, Vanessa, and Seth, who are students at ELCO High School. Ivan and Rosene are the owners of ISM Construction. | |

Glenn Weaver serves as an elder and missions director of Ephrata Community Church. He has been involved extensively in missions work in Haiti since 1998. Glenn has traveled to India, Guyana, and Guatemala with his wife, Kay. Glenn and his wife have also been owners of Lanco Mechanicals for the past 20 years. They have three grown children, Ryan and his wife, Jen; Amy and her fiancé, Patrick Zook; and Philip. They also have one grandchild, Aiden. One of Glenn’s passions is to see the church walk in power and see revival come to our nation. | |

Jon and Joanna Chappell live in Strasburg along with their four children, Moriah, Isaiah, Samuel, and Adam. They have attended Ephrata Community Church since 2004. They own Encore Design and Landscape. Jon graduated from Millersville University with a B.A. degree in graphic arts and design. He also completed an internship with Ephrata Community Church. Joanna is a stay-at-home mom. Prior to mothering, she worked as a nurse for Lancaster General Hospital as well as in the Conestoga Valley School District. Together they are serving as zone pastors, small group leaders, advisory council members, and prophetic team leaders. They have a vision and desire to see their generation become more involved in church ministry and leadership. | |

Jared Bruckhart Jared and Mindi Bruckhart have four children, Judah, Alaina, Carter, and Asher. They are expecting their fifth child this year. Jared enjoys farming in addition to his full-time job at Chemgro Seeds, where he works as an agronomist. He attended Penn State University and completed an internship with Ephrata Community Church. He has worked for Chemgro since 2000. Mindi attended Alvernia College and worked as a physical therapist assistant, but is now a stay-at-home mom. They have been attending Ephrata Community Church since the fall of 2004. Jared and Mindi serve as zone pastors, small group leaders, and nursery coordinators, and Mindi also serves in the café. They both really enjoy being a part of Ephrata Community Church and look forward to how they can serve in the future. |
